I tried giving it a fair shot, but the visuals just doesn’t look good. The graphics is kind of cheap-looking and blurry, even when I bumped the settings up. The menus are messy too, and the whole design feels like it was thrown together. After a while, I just got tired of staring at it. Definitely not my thing.

The game itself can be fun, but the monetization really takes away from it. You hit progress walls quickly unless you're willing to spend money... the prices feel a bit high for what you actually get.

I’m feeling mentally drained from running into hackers in matches over and over. I keep reporting them, but it doesn’t feel like anything actually happens, so the whole thing is getting really frustrating.

I’ve had a decent time using MY.GAMES, no question, but the account security side feels way too shaky to ignore. I’m honestly 100% sure the login alerts and recovery options could be clearer, because right now I’m left guessing whether my account is actually protected or just hopefully fine.
Support wasn’t terrible, but they definitely didn’t leave me feeling confident either. I still use the platform, but I absolutely do not trust it the way I should, and they seriously need to tighten this up soon...

There’s a good variety of games here, which I liked at first. Some of them are fun to try out, but after a while a few start to feel similar. Anyway, it’s not a bad collection overall, just not something that really blew me away.

I asked for a refund and then basically got ignored for weeks. No real updates, no helpful response, just a lot of waiting around. At this point, I really don’t trust their customer service to actually deal with problems when they come up.

I really wanted to like playing between MY.GAMES PC and phone because the idea is super convenient, when it worked, it was nice. But most of the time it felt like a hassle. MY.GAMES progress didn’t always sync properly, logging in on different devices was more annoying than it should’ve been, and support was polite enough but didn’t really fix anything. I kept thinking maybe I was doing something wrong, but after wasting way too much time on it, I just gave up...

I’ve been playing for a while now, the pace feels good most of the time. You can actually make progress without spending money, as long as you’re okay with doing the daily stuff and grinding a bit here and there.
That said, some levels definitely drag more than they should, and there are moments where upgrades feel like they’re just not moving at all. Still, compared to a lot of other games like this, it feels way more fair overall, so I’d give it 4 stars.

A few of us have also run into downloads just stopping for no clear reason, which gets old fast. I tried using MY.GAMES for a bit, but it’s been rough. Games freeze up, loading takes ages, and then sometimes the whole thing just crashes out of nowhere. My internet is fine and other launchers run okay, so I really don’t think it’s my PC or anything. It’s just annoying when you’re trying to play something and instead you’re stuck closing it, reopening it, and hoping it works this time.

I reached out to MY.GAMES support over an account/purchase issue, thinking it would be a normal back-and-forth to get things sorted. Instead, it felt like I had walked into some endless loop where the same canned reply kept coming back, no matter what I actually wrote.

After waiting days, the whole thing just fizzled out with the ticket basically closed and nothing fixed. I get that problems happen, but this didn’t feel like support at all. It felt like being stranded at the finish line with absolutely no help getting across it.

I actually enjoy the games a lot, but the servers drop way too often. It’s frustrating when you’re right in the middle of a match and suddenly get kicked out. Fun when it works, just wish it was more stable tbh.

I felt like I spent money and barely got anything worthwhile in return. Maybe others would feel differently, but for me, it really didn’t seem worth the price at all.

The community management feels bad. From what I saw, the mods just kind of let actual issues sit there, but if someone asks questions or pushes back a little, they can end up banned. It comes off really unfair and messy.

I paid twice and the money came out, but I never got the coins. Support just keeps telling me to wait, but how long am I supposed to wait? I feel like I’m not being unreasonable here, right? If I paid, I should get what I paid for. Definitely not using this again unless they actually fix it...

I tried downloading a game from my.games, and it started feeling like a chore almost right away. The launcher took forever to get going and kept slowing down my PC, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.
The install got stuck twice, so I had to restart it and hope it would work the next time. There wasn’t even a clear error message or anything helpful, it just sat there doing nothing while I got more and more mentally drained.
By the time it finally installed, I didn’t even feel like playing anymore. If the basic download and setup process is this rough, it’s hard to feel like it was worth the time

I don’t know if it’s just me, but most of the games feel really rushed and repetitive. After a little while, I found myself getting bored and wondering why I was even spending time on them. Maybe others are enjoying it more, but to me it just doesn’t feel worth it.

I do actually like a few games on my.games, but man, the updates can be so slow. Sometimes it feels like nothing is happening for ages, even when there are bugs people keep bringing up or features everyone keeps asking for, and then just... nothing.
And when an update finally shows up, it doesn’t always feel like it was worth waiting that long. I’m not expecting brand-new stuff every week or anything, but some regular fixes or at least a bit more communication would make a big difference. Right now it just feels really slow, like players are kind of being left hanging...

It is alright overall, but the matchmaking feels random sometimes. Some matches seem fair, and then others feel like I am put against people way above or below my level.

I waited few days to hear back from support, and when they finally replied it was just short message that didn’t really help. felt like waste of time.
